The frustration of a veterinarian who, after years of practice and two specializations—one in nutrition and the other in phytotherapy and aromatherapy—couldn’t find what she was looking for on the market: truly concentrated natural products, with a scientifically formulated synergy of plants, respectful of animals and the environment. Products she could proudly prescribe to her own patients.

So, rather than to wait, veterinarian Estelle Lhoëst decided to create them herself.

After five years of research and development, Miloa was launched in February 2011. Many raised doubts. Some smiled. But she had an unshakeable certainty: plants have immense power when carefully selected by a specialised professional, and animals deserve to benefit from them.

Fifteen years later, that certainty has never been stronger.

Today, Miloa offers three complete product lines—foods supplements, essential oils, and cosmetics—distributed in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and beyond. It’s a growing community of passionate veterinarians trained and knowledgeable about phytotherapy.

And above all, thousands of animals—dogs, cats, ponies, rabbits, ferrets, elephants, lions, and cheetahs—have regained comfort, vitality, and well-being thanks to the power of plants.
